Let's try whether this Sunday, 11-2-2018, will prove to be a good day for blogging. It has to be good, because it is our grandsons' birthday. He turns to 5 already. Big boy, who asked for lego for 8 years old children!

After a nice and sunny autumn 'al settimo cielo' (in seventh heaven) we are in Holland since Christmas Eve. The weather here is mostly mild, but rainy.
Apart from visiting and having family and friends, going to the cinema, exhibitions and concerts, we are busy as usual, i.a. preparing next season al settimo cielo.

The first participants for the course on creative writing by Trea Scholten from 27 May to 4 June, have subscribed. The same goes for the felting course, that will be on from 8 to 14 July.
Unfortunately the course on creative writing is mainly for Dutchies :-) For the felting course we hope to get people from all quarters.

The courses are small scale. Some places are left available though. You will have to hurry to get the early birds discount! It ends on the 15-Th of February.

Workawayers are lining up to help us out and we also have got the first bookings from holiday seekers. So all seems going to be allright in 2018.

Did you actually know that Umbria has been declared by Trivago to be the most hospitable region of Italy? This goes as well for al settimo cielo, an excellent place to be, where you are pampered and immersed in absolute peace and quiet.
